Dr Arif Khan Presently serving as Finance Officer, Central University of Kashmir. He possesses Degree of MBA in Finance Management, MA in Public Administration, PhD in Civil Environmental Engineering from National Environmental engineering Research Institute Nagpur, India. He has served as Registrar of National Institute of Technology, Raipur, Principal of Post Graduate Engineering Institute affiliated to Nagpur University, Maharashtra India. He has headed department of Training and Placement. He has also served as Professor and Dean Academic and Head of Department of Civil Engineering of Nagpur Institute of Technology, Nagpur. He has acquired training from prestigious Institute like IIT Delhi, National Environmental Engineering Research Institute Nagpur, National Institute of Hydrology, Rorkee, India.

He was also persuasive in formation of new syllabus for subjects of Environmental Engineering in Board of Civil Engineering of Nagpur University. He established Laboratories of Department of Civil Engineering and started Post Graduate programme in Environmental Engineering and established and developed all concerned laboratories. He was instrumental in creation of various Central Facilities and also in establishing new Departments. He taught and trained quite good number of engineering students at B.Tech., MTech. & PhD level. He has in his credit publication of more than 100 research paper in International journals.

He has designed numbers of Regional Rural water supply Schemes for Government of Maharashtra. Dr Arif khan is Fellow of Institution of Engineers and member of various Professional Bodies namely IWWA, ISTE, AICP, Vigyan Bharti. He is memberof advisory panel of MPSC. He has been awarded with best paper award in three International Conferences.
