The Department of Commerce, Central University of Kashmir, organised an industrial visit to the Chashme Shahi Milk Cooperative on 25 July 2025, involving M.com students of the Second and Fourth Semesters. The delegation of students and faculty members was cordially received by the officials of the organisation, who apprised them of its background and its policies on human resource management (HRM), product quality, management, marketing, and distribution. The students then toured all the operational units and interacted with the respective heads of operations, thereby gaining first-hand information and eliciting responses to their queries.
