Brief Profile
Dr Imran Ahad Bhat earned BSc, LLB, LLM, and PhD from Kashmir University. Before joining the Department of Law at the Central University of Kashmir, he worked as Lecturer at Sopore Law College, Sopore, and Kashmir Law College, Srinagar. Dr Imran has published four books and ten research articles in prestigious UGC-approved national and international journals. He presented research papers in various national and international seminars, conferences and workshops
