Dr. Gururaja C S

Dr. Gururaja C.S. holds an M.Sc. in Physics, M.Sc. in Mathematics, M.Ed., and a Ph.D. from Bangalore University. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Teacher Education at the Central University of Kashmir. He has made significant contributions to education through his teaching, research, innovation, and scholarly activities. Dr. Gururaja has published 11 research articles covering diverse areas of education, including publications in UGC-CARE-listed journals and journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus. He has also presented 15 research papers at national and international seminars and conferences, reflecting his active engagement with the academic and research community. He is a life member of prestigious professional bodies, including the All India Association for Educational Research (AIAER), Indian Association for Teacher Education (IATE), and the Journal of Educational & Psychological Research. He also serves as an editorial member of the Journal of Research & Innovations in Education (JRIE) at the Central University of Kashmir. Dr. Gururaja has authored four books and has contributed to the development of research tools, including the Value Orientation Scale. He also holds four patents in Education and Teacher Education, reflecting his commitment to innovation and advancing educational practices. In recognition of his academic and professional contributions, Dr. Gururaja has received two National-Level Awards. His research interests include Educational Administration, Mathematical Problem-Solving abilities, Teacher Education, Inclusive Education, and innovative teaching-learning methodologies. With his multidisciplinary academic background and sustained engagement in research, innovation, and scholarship, Dr. Gururaja continues to contribute to the advancement of educational research, teacher education, and pedagogical practices.
